Student letting can be complex but our aim is to make it simple for our landlords. It differs to the standard high street private sector market and is also very seasonal. This means that at the peak times of the year, in January and February when most properties are marketed and re-let, and the summer months with change overs, we work 7 days a week, sometimes more, to get the job done!

We pride ourselves on our levels of customer service and all maintenance/breakdown issues are firstly inspected by our in-house maintenance team free of charge, and so avoiding the call out fee for an electrician to change a fuse or a plumber a tap washer!
Once instructing I G Property as your student letting agent you need have no further involvement with your property, if you so wish, as we deal with everything; providing you with a monthly statement to update you on your property.

Take parental/guardian guarantors for all tenants.
Inventory
Produce a condition of entry which the tenants sign. We also take digital photographs at the check in and check out.
Quarterly inspection
Quarterly visits to your property with written condition report to you.
Maintenance
Basic maintenance dealt with free of charge by our in-house team.
Supply Furniture
We are able to supply sofas, beds and mattresses for your houses.
