IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

  1. Upon submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgement within 1 working day confirming whether your application was successful. If you have not heard from us within 1 working day, you must contact us.
  2. If your application is successful, you will receive your reference requests via email within 3 working days. From this point, you have 3 days to sign your pre-tenancy agreement, complete your references, and ensure your guarantor completes their references and signs their guarantor agreement.
  3. Once all references and pre-tenancy agreements are completed, we will send out the link to your tenancy agreement.
  4. You will then have 3 days from when the tenancy agreement is sent out to sign the tenancy agreement and pay the remainder of your deposit funds.
