  • Tenant deposit protection via MyDeposits and ensuring the tenants have all the relevant paperwork and certificates as required by law
  • Ensure each tenant has a rental guarantor in place to cover non-payment of rent
  • Collecting rent and chasing up non-payment
  • Experienced check-in service, including preparation of comprehensive inventory reports on the condition of the property and contents as the tenants move in
  • Routine maintenance issues are dealt with by our maintenance team, and we can contact you (if requested) about larger or more complex issues
  • On-line maintenance reporting system for tenants
  • Legal certificates appertaining to the property ie. LGSC, EPC and EICR are up to date and compliant
  • Routine inspections – we visit managed properties in regular intervals to check the condition of the property along with completing detailed fire risk assessments and providing advice on necessary improvements to align with HMO and Fire Safety regulations
  • Preparing comprehensive check out reports upon tenancy vacation to properly process deposit refunds along with handling any potential deposit disputes
